Find What Changed. Explain Why It Matters.™
ARVELLIS helps care teams recognize clinically meaningful change, focus attention where it is warranted, and understand the reasoning behind each signal.
More measurements do not automatically create better decisions.
Remote monitoring, patient engagement, wearables, call centers, and care management programs can collect important information. Yet teams still need a reliable way to identify meaningful change from baseline, determine what deserves attention, and explain why the change matters.
A fuller clinical support model
The Patient Engagement System combines patient engagement, nursing support, escalation workflows, and physician-derived clinical intelligence. It is designed for organizations that need a broader operating model rather than an intelligence component alone.
A modular intelligence layer for the systems you already use
The Physician Intelligence Engine was developed within the Patient Engagement System and can also be deployed independently. PIE applies deterministic, physician-derived rules to changes from an individual's baseline and produces an explainable signal for human review.
When action is warranted, PIE can present multiple physician-approved options with the rationale for each. The treating clinician retains responsibility for selecting the appropriate course of action.
How PIE works
- Step 1
Detect
Recognize clinically meaningful change from the individual's baseline rather than treating every variation as equally important.
- Step 2
Prioritize
Distinguish signals that warrant attention so teams can focus limited clinical capacity where it matters.
- Step 3
Explain
Show why the signal matters and provide transparent, physician-derived reasoning that supports human review.
Use what already works. Add the intelligence that is missing.
PIE is designed to complement existing RPM or RTM platforms, care management programs, telehealth operations, wearables, call centers, and patient engagement systems. Organizations do not need to replace the infrastructure that already serves them.

Intelligence that supports clinical judgment
Start with a defined population and measurable workflow
An initial pilot may focus on adults age 65 and older with one or two selected chronic conditions, such as congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, or hypertension. Final population, measures, integration approach, and evaluation criteria should be agreed with the participating organization.
