When you contact us through the website, we collect what you submit: your name, organization, work email address, role or title, area of interest, your description of the problem you are trying to solve, your preferred follow-up method and, if you ask us to call you, a phone number. We also record which page and which button brought you to the form, so we can respond in context.
Please do not send protected health information. This website is not intended to receive patient-specific or protected health information (PHI). Do not include PHI in any form field or email. If PHI is received in error we will delete it and ask you to resend your message without it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies, only after you consent (see our Cookie Policy).

ARVELLIS, LLC does not send marketing text messages and does not make unsolicited telemarketing calls. If you give us a phone number and ask to be called, we use it only to return that inquiry. We do not enroll anyone in text-message programs through this website.
To report unwanted calls or texts, visit the FTC’s unwanted-calls page or register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at DoNotCall.gov. To be added to our own do-not-call list, email craig@arvellis.net with the subject “Do Not Call Request” and the number to suppress.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under contract and for the purposes above: Resend (email delivery for website inquiries), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, after consent), Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS and bot protection). We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to object to certain uses. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email craig@arvellis.net. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
